Race 21 of my challenge and I was back at Panshanger parkrun. I like this run, especially at the moment as the course is very green and pretty. Unusually I was on my own and I enjoyed my 2 hours of freedom (it's amazing what lengths I go to to get some peace and quiet!!).
I finished in 31:29 (187th), nothing special but another race ticked off!
